Pat Higgins Director Pat Higgins has been a Director since February 2008. He is the President of Dover Concrete Contractors Inc. Pat is a member of the Irish Heritage Pipe band and was elected IHC Man of the Year in 2008. He was a former board member of the Rocky River Power Squadron and has applied his knowledge and expertise in business and nonprofit organizations to the IHC. Pat grew up in Lakewood and now lives in Avon. |
