Greg Oster Director Greg Oster has been a Director since February, 2008. He is the president of Alcon Construction Company, general contractors specializing in the estimation, management and installation of underground utilities for municipal and government agencies. Greg is a member of the Irish Heritage Pipe Band and has been a consistent contributor to the IHC. He grew up in Cleveland and now lives in Avon Lake. |
